Māori Cosmic
Book launched, New faces in town, CosWāh podcast, Woewoezicals, SPARA and next time I'll have an update on the..Sci-Fi fan phase.
1. The Colonised Child had a Book Launch.
I launched my first edition image book just eight short days ago. Self published. And the reception was as I expected for a self published book. Pretty low on the uptake. But that’s not an issue for me. The love of the mahi keeps me toasty warm.
It is an image book for the colonised and assismilated child of all ages. It is in a PDF, to make it easier for downloading. And adapted into a Video book - sem-i silent making its debut on YouTube Waimātou channel. And I feel ok about being a self published author.
2. New faces in town.
Allow me to welcome you to the podcast : The Cosmic Wāhine guide to living in the Auckland CBD.
I’m going to attempt something different with this podcast and introduce a creative arch that takes it out from the conventions of kōrero and long reads.
There is a lot of good practical content in the form of written, audio, imagary, poetry, audio video and sound.
Some bracing topics and the very basics of living in maturity. Finding that to love myself, does mean being vulnerable. An example of this expression is rendered in this very painful and traumatising piece of Cosmic Wāhine. It is my experience of being unfairly victimised over a period of 18 months by staff in a big brand store in the inner CBD.
3. Woewoez Tamihana.
